All payments are processed through cryptocurrency and are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication key. Any activities that occur under your key are your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your authentication credentials.

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Heliopolis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
